AluCraft aluminum removable panels are .050 gage thick and Dade County Approved. They come with a mill (aluminum) color. The top & bottom tracks are .064 thick. White or Mill finished color. The bottom track comes in assortment of angles to facilitate different applications for mounting. Also, with fixed locking screws or removable. The top track is 21/4 inch deep. All Panels are 15 inches wide.

The advantage to Panels is they stack in a very small space and nest into one another. Panels are the most economical form of commercial shutters.

CAUTION:
1- Panels are never recommended for locations other than decks or ground level. Imagine a piece of metal 4 or 5 feet long and your on a ladder 8 ft. or higher In the air, and suddenly there is a strong gust of wind. A Hurricane on the way may be the least of your concerns for the moment.

2- Our panels are wafered on the edges to reduce the likelihood of cutting your hands. However there is no guarantee. If you have other types of panels and they are not wafered use extreme caution when installing and removing your panels.

3- NEVER store your panels in the upright position. They have been known to fall forward and cause serious physical injury.

4- Never purchase cheap, thin panels as they can cause more harm than good.
